October 31st 2009 Take Advantage of Drinking Java with low Acid
I love java. I really love it and have some cups usual. It is no secret that coffee beans can be very acidic. Because of the cups of java I tend to drink I had to wonder if all the java was making my stomach troubles I have for some years or, at the very least, exacerbating the acid reflux. To try out this hypothesis I went in looking for java with low acid. I was only able to find one brand of low acid java at my local grocery store.
I decided to give the low acid coffee beans a shot. I have to admit when it comes to java I have become very picky. I am used to having deliciously flavored java as well as sweet creamers to go with. Changing to the low acid java was not as hard as I considered it would be but changing to a non-flavored java was a bit hard for me.

Amazingly enough, after a few days of having only low acid java I noticed some improvements with my painful reflux. I wasn’t getting heartburn same before, and when I did, it wasn’t as hard. I had to realize that my doctor was right and several of my trouble was due to my own habits. I think that giving out extremely yummy java for a slightly less yummy but more and beneficial java is worth it.
If you suffer from any stomach problems and are an avid java drinker as I am, I highly suggest to give low acid coffee a shot. Give it at least 7 days and see if you find a difference. If you do so you will make the switch for good.
